Sèvres - Cité de la céramique app for iPhone and iPad

Sèvres - Cité de la céramique is launching its new mobile application for smartphones and tablets, designed to guide users during their visit.

This application takes you on a discovery-tour of the collections through 26 remarkable commented works of art. These "unmissable" pieces constitute a large panorama representative of the richness of the collection. The "Bestiary" selects 12 of these works but this time from an animal-perspective, for young visitors.
Texts, audio comments and high resolution pictures will enliven the visit.

This free iOS application is available in French and English.

The application can be used to prepare a visit to Sèvres, to discover on site or at a distance an exceptional collection, which bears witness to the history of techniques and of civilizations, and afterwards to further ones knowledge of the collections of the Cité de la céramique.

It contains a section about whats on: events, exhibitions, guided tours of the Museum and the workshops, conferences, amateur workshops. Practical information, getting there, admission and opening times are also available, as well as links to social media.

Wifi is available in the Sèvres Museum entrance hall to download it.
